Star-Spangled Sailabration will feature more than 40 U.S., British, Canadian, Dominican, Danish, German, Japanese and Norwegian naval vessels and tall ships from around the globe. The ships will be open June 14 -18 for public visitation. Ships berthed at the Inner Harbor and Fell's Point are generally open for touring from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and naval vessels at North Locust Point will be open for tours from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The only way to access the naval vessels at North Locust Point is to board the free, secured shuttle buses from M&T Bank Stadium Lots G and H where security checks are mandatory. For easiest access to the ships or other Sailabration activities, park at M&T Bank Stadium Lots A, B, C, G, and H ($20, includes an event production surcharge). Please plan accordingly.

Visiting Hours
For those wishing to visit the tall ships and naval vessels, they will generally be open from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. June 14 – 18 in the Inner Harbor and Fell's Point and from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. June 14-18 in North Locust Point, though this will vary to some degree from ship to ship. Families will find daytime visits on Thursday, Friday and Monday best for visits, as lines are likely to be less congested, as well as during the Star-Spangled Air Show on Saturday and Sunday.
The smaller, privately owned sailing vessels that are participating in this event have public visitation schedules that may vary from published hours. Please check with each vessel individually for their hours.
Visitors are encouraged to come early, as lines to visit these ships may be closed prior to scheduled visiting hours so that the last people in line have the opportunity to complete their tour in conjunction with the conclusion of visiting hours.
Admission
Tours of both the tall ships and naval vessels are FREE. Tickets are not required for the ship tours.
However if you are driving to Baltimore, you will likely end up paying for parking within the city due to large crowds. For easiest access to the ships or other Sailabration activities, parking is available at M&T Bank Stadium Lots G, and H for $20 per day. To view the ships berthed at North Locust Point, visitors must board the free, secured shuttles that will depart from Lots G and H. Alternatives include taking public transportation to Baltimore and then using the Charm City Circulator to navigate from the Inner Harbor to Fell's Point to visit the tall ships and a select number of naval vessels at those locations.
